Isabelle's first BMX meet

Last week was a different one for myself, I had some elite players in for coaching that you can read about below and then took my daughter, Isabelle to her first BMX meet which was some experience! People travelled from not just from all over the country but from Europe as well with races taking place for everyone from under 6’s through to the 40 year olds (men and women)!

Belle loved every minute and raced fantastic coming in 2nd overall.

First race number: 

Winter Pairs (4) - Foursomes Stableford

First place - Stephen Hardy and David Rose. Second place - Ben Greenhalgh and Neil A Greenhalgh. Third place - Stuart Alexander and Cleve McCurdy. 

Ladies Alternate Day 7/9 January 

Division one 

First place - Nan Paton. Second place - Rebecca Quaely. Third place - Pam Evans.

Division two

First place - Jill Ashworth. Second place - Kate McKenna. Third place - Joanne Hale. 

Juniors - Richards Trophy R6

First place - James Hartland. Second place - Amber Hirsch. 

My time with the elite players

As I said earlier I had the opportunity to work with three plus figure handicap players, it was especially great to Louisa Brunt who was back from University in America at Texas Tech. As much as I talk about the elite players I work with, there is as much satisfaction for me working with all players and seeing progression.

As you can imagine the putting room has been utilised a fair amount and I’m always trying to improve things, making everything more functional and sharper. So there is a new sign up on the wall and some of the areas we will focus using the Sky Pro.

Unbiased fitting day

On Wednesday, 31st January I will be hosting an unbiased fitting day where all of my demo equipment will be down on the range between 11.00am and 15.00pm, giving you the opportunity to try all different brands against one another and measure them on the TrackMan to see which comes out best.

There will be a 10% discount on online price for any purchases made on the day or Thursday.
